Infant photos of baby girl at 10 days old. Some in color, some in black and white, all on location in the family’s home in Chicago. We did a set of pregnancy portraits around the 8 month mark, and then this session of newborn pictures. Mom and Baby in their matching polka dots were just [...]
Pictures from this wedding, on New Year’s Eve 2011. The ceremony and reception were outdoors in tents by the pool, and the Bride was exquisite. Portraits and family pictures were done at a nearby hotel. Most of the photography during the party is candid and documentary style.

Maternity photo session with Katie and Rod. She was about 8 months into her pregnancy when we took these, and the baby bump was looking good! We had so much fun.
Engagement photo session in Grant Park in summer. Aukse and Joshua were terrific – cute, excited, and very much in love. We took a walk through the park late in the day. Photographing them was a treat.

Family members with all kinds of skills contributed wedding ideas, resulting in homemade wedding cakes and cupcakes, a custom dance floor, homemade decorations, and a vintage ice cream truck that surprised the Bride and Groom late in the evening. I was [...]
