New Year’s Eve Wedding

Pictures from this wedding, on New Year’s Eve 2011. The ceremony and reception were outdoors in tents by the pool, and the Bride was exquisite. Portraits and family pictures were done at a nearby hotel. Most of the photography during the party is candid and documentary style.

6 Month Old Baby Photos

  These are just a few favorite pictures from a recent 6 month old baby photo portrait session.  Just like the newborn baby session we had done, this one was also on location in the family’s home.

  Maternity photo session with Katie and Rod.  She was about 8 months into her pregnancy when we took these, and the baby bump was looking good!  We had so much fun.

  Engagement photo session in Grant Park in summer.  Aukse and Joshua were terrific – cute, excited, and very much in love.  We took a walk through the park late in the day.  Photographing them was a treat.

DIY Wedding Pictures

Sigrid and Bart and their families put together a complete do it yourself wedding.  Family members with all kinds of skills contributed wedding ideas, resulting in homemade wedding cakes and cupcakes, a custom dance floor, homemade decorations, and a vintage ice cream truck that surprised the Bride and Groom late in the evening.  I was [...]
